- Deliver the complete ProgressTracks coaching experience from consultation and intake through planning, sessions, follow-through, progress reviews, referrals, and appropriate transitions.
- Configure professional coaching operations using a Coach Page, scheduling, video conferencing, Stripe payments, rates, packages, complimentary sessions, and mentoring exchanges.
- Support learner ownership by customizing practices, routines, assessments, learning recommendations, and accountability strategies without creating dependence or exceeding the coach's credentials.
- Use Share Kit tools, referral credits, educational meetups, mentoring relationships, complimentary introductions, and community service to build trust and expand opportunities within ProgressTracks.
- Demonstrate learner, mentor, coaching, and platform proficiency for the ProgressTracks tracks the coach is authorized to serve.
- Understand the pathways for additional track certifications, Trainer Coach status, mini-course creation, white-label practice, continuing education, renewal, and advanced professional development.
