Apply your foundational coaching skills throughout a consistent ProgressTracks learner journey, from inquiry and consultation through intake, goal clarification, assessment review, coaching-plan development, session preparation, live coaching, assignments, documentation, follow-through, progress reviews, referrals, and appropriate transitions.

  • Guide prospective clients from initial inquiry through consultation, fit review, agreement, and onboarding.
  • Use learner goals, assessments, routines, history, and current priorities to create an appropriate ProgressTracks coaching plan.
  • Prepare for and conduct structured coaching sessions while preserving learner ownership and professional judgment.
  • Complete assignments, documentation, follow-through, progress reviews, referrals, and transitions using the ProgressTracks workflow.
