Begin with the Coach Readiness Assessment and certification foundation. Then progress through the course in sequence—experiencing ProgressTracks as a learner, mastering the coaching tools, developing your coaching skills, practicing the complete coaching process, and building your professional practice. Complete Platform Labs, repeatable competency assessments, mentoring and coaching practice, and the required certification evidence. Finish with an observed competency review and a personal plan for continued professional growth.
