Begin with the Coach Readiness Assessment and certification foundation. Complete Platform Labs, repeatable competency assessments, mentoring and coaching practice, and the required certification evidence. Create your Coach Profile and public Coach Page, configure scheduling and video conferencing, set up Stripe payments, define coaching services, packages and rates, establish complimentary sessions or mentoring exchanges where appropriate, and create clear professional policies and client-administration practices.
